Let’s build your calmer route.

Answer only what you can. You can save the plan on this device and come back later.

Do you have or care for anyone with any of these?

Select anything that applies. This helps us make the plan easier to use.

Step 2

How much can you deal with today?

Step 3

Which benefits are you currently receiving?

Select all that apply. It’s okay if you’re not sure.

Step 4

Which areas do you want help with?

Highlight the ones you want support with first. You can choose more than one, and you can change your mind.

Optional provider step

Provider details

Optional: this only asks for the bill types you selected. Skip anything you do not know. Broadband and mobile are separate because they are often with different companies.

Broadband provider

Use this for home broadband, TV and landline bills.

Mobile provider

Use this for SIM, phone contract or mobile broadband bills.

Energy supplier

Optional. Add the company and monthly cost so your tracker and support route are ready.

Water company

Optional. This helps the tracker show water affordability support and high-use routes.

Council tax

Optional. Add the monthly cost so council tax support shows in your tracker.

Food shop

Optional. Useful for seeing the full household picture, even if there is no provider support route.

Optional — we multiply weekly shop by 4.3 for a monthly estimate.
Use this if you already know the monthly amount.

Travel and car insurance

Optional. Add car insurance and travel/fuel costs if they apply. Car finance now has its own detailed support route.

Subscriptions or other regular costs

Optional. This is useful for future deals, reminders and quick wins.

Skip any you do not know. Blank fields will not be sent to the Bill Tracker. Filled fields will carry provider, category and monthly cost across.

Is anything urgent?

Step 6

Family and household needs

Step 7

Postcode/local support

This creates local searches for councils, charities, free family activities and useful places nearby.

Common questions

Quick answers before you start.

Can I get cheaper broadband if I receive PIP?

PIP alone does not always qualify for every broadband social tariff, but disability benefits can still help you find support routes, accessibility help, grants, local support and cheaper alternatives. Check the provider rules before switching.

What help can I get if I am behind on bills?

Start with urgent essentials first: energy, water, council tax, food and housing. Ask providers for affordability support and contact Citizens Advice, StepChange, National Debtline or your council if enforcement, debt or disconnection is possible.

Is HiddenHelp financial advice?

No. HiddenHelp gives general guidance, links, scripts and support routes. It does not replace regulated financial, debt, legal, benefits or medical advice.

Does HiddenHelp save my support plan?

If you press save, your plan saves in your own browser using local storage. Avoid entering sensitive information on shared devices.
