The problem
When people are stressed, disabled, neurodivergent, caring for someone or falling behind on bills, being told to search ten different websites is not good enough.
The aim
- Help people find support routes faster.
- Turn confusing information into smaller steps.
- Give people scripts, documents and contact routes.
- Create support packs people can show to carers, councils or advisers.
The tone
HiddenHelp should feel human, calm and practical. It should not feel like a cold portal, a sales funnel or a judgemental budgeting app.
