Accessibility promise
HiddenHelp is designed mobile-first, with calmer wording, larger tap areas and support journeys that try not to overload people.
What this page is for
See how HiddenHelp is designed to be easier to use.
What we aim for
- Clear buttons that look like buttons.
- Folded details so people can open information when ready.
- Low-overwhelm wording and shorter next steps.
- Dyslexia-friendly and bigger-tap options where possible.
- Print-friendly support packs for people who prefer paper.
Accessibility modes
The accessibility tools can include dyslexia mode, bigger taps, calmer motion and stronger contrast. When a mode is selected, it should carry across the site on the same device.
Still improving
Accessibility is not a one-off job. If something is hard to read, difficult to tap or too overwhelming, HiddenHelp should keep improving it.
